There's hope

After all the frustration experienced in trying to close my FNB account I was fed up and went to the branch to express my dissatisfaction.

The ladies were very courteous, patient and very understanding. Their service was so good I actually contemplated cancelling the account closure.

Even though my account still hadn't been closed, I was no longer frustrated and left feeling a lot happier than when I first stormed in.

There is still hope.
