No one knows where my account is & what is owing

In 2008 I bought a vehicle from Pinnacle Cars, i finance the vehicle thru ABSA i paid a deposit on the vehicle according to my statement the original amount financed was R80 823.10, I paid this account every month without fail until i lost my job & went under debt review, the first debt counsellor did not give me the service that i required & i decided to change my debt counsellor, ABSA was informed of the change but they never accepted it according to the company that they handed my account to, to uplift my vehicle i have been struggling to get hold of the person that deals with my account, no one knows where my account is i was told it is in legal when i called legal the advised me the account is in their debt review department, 3 weeks ago a lady by the name of Stephanie called to tell me they have a court order to repo the vehicle i explained the situation to her she was suppose to get back to me she never did. Marius called on Monday to let me know he has the papers & he wants to uplift the vehicle, told him that i wll not hand the vehicle to him until ABSA investigate my matter, ABSA is receiving payments everymonth why cannot not get any assistance from them???
