VAP INS

I called my bank to find out where the VAP INS deduction of R59 was coming from off my account and all they could give me was a number... which took me to Nedbank and I was then bounced around by a recorder requesting options - none of which were relevant.

Please contact me and explain who the VAP INS is taken out with so that I can investigate it as I dont recall authorising it.
