ABSA - dont deserve the word BANK

On Friday night 24.05.2013 my salary was paid into my savings account.
Shortly after that around 22:00, I got a sms of R1000 that's out of my account, another 5 sms's followed each with a R1000 withdrawel. (R6000.00 in total)
I phoned the ABSA line to ask them to stop whatever is going on.
I did NOT get any notification that someone has logged on to my internet banking, nor was there any RVN numbers sent to me the night of the 24th.
The next morning 25.05.2013 I went to ABSA Lifestyle to log the complaint where I filled in all the forms, they printed my statement where is was clearly visible.
On 11.06.2013, Albert Mazibuko from ABSA contacted me, to inform me that ABSA is not liable for the money that was taken out of my account???
According to Albert, on the 14.05.2013 there was a beneficiary created on my account - witch I did not create. There was R20 sent to this account... why will I send someone R20???
So Absa refunded the R20, why I don't even know.
This case is about the night of the 24.05.2013 and the activity that took place on my savings account the night of 24.05.2013.
Why refund me the R20 but not the R6000 that was taken from my account?
