In the last 8 years I have financed four vehicles with wesbank and I have always received excellent service. It is unfortunate that the private division has a complete lack of customer focus. I phoned 086 190 0900 about 6 times, this took over an hour, before I got through. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and helpful and created a new application for me. He asked me to email my id, payslip, drivers licence and proof of residence to [Email Removed] This was sent on 22 March 2013 at 14:53. On the 25th I received numerous recorded phone calls asking me to fax or email these documents to a different email address. I forwarded the original email with my documents to [Email Removed] on 25 March at 10:30am. I continued to receive phone calls asking me to send the documents. I eventually phoned and I was told the document had been received and I would be contacted the same day or latest on the morning of the 26th. I was not contacted. I called again at 14:52 on the 26th and spoke to Natipho. Please listen to the recording. I was told the marketer dealing with my application is Isabel and I would be contacted same day. No one contacted me.
