Just Added Policy to contract and bad Service

Hi bought a new car in April. Upon receiving the first statement at end of March, i noticed a R300 increase in my repayment. I phoned Wesbank who naturally said its not them, they sent me from pillar to post blaming everyone else. I have been phoning and following up since their call center agents can return calls or keep promises. I eventually got the paperwork the dealer sends the bank and this policy is nowhere meaning Wesbank must have added it. I have been dealing with a person called SEVE. after a few agents promised me to send me an email regarding whats going to happen with the investigation and send me the documents they got from the dealer i still received nothing. I tried getting hold of Seve, but am only able to leave messages and he just dont get back to you. Last week I spoke to a Bongiwe who said she spoke to her supervisor, he is talking to some department and will get back to me the same day or the next via phone or email. Still heard nothing! All i want to know is who added this policy onto my acc. Is this the practice of Wesbank, to add things and hope no one notices? thats! you email their service email and no one returns an email or get back to you!!
