I have called the Indwe Head Office three times with my policy number wanting to make a claim.
I have been on hold for well over an hour on the combination of calls. I have also called Orico directly and had the same experience.
I have also sent an email with no response.
When someone finally picked up at Orica, they wanted to put me on hold again and I asked kindly if perhaps someone could call me back.
No response as yet.
Perhaps its time for Indwe to take a look at its suppliers and take its customers experiences seriously.
