FNB Insurance Brokers
Cannot get through to Call Centre

I have been trying to lodge and then follow-up on my claim with FNB Insurance Brokers for weeks! I have called dozens of times - mostly the calls get disconnected and I have been insured with them since 2006! This is unacceptable. There is no problem taking my money every month but the service from their side is getting poorer and poorer. Please can someone there call me and advise the status of my claim.
