Please get a real web developer!

I'm trying to define my credit card - with STD Bank on my internet banking profile as a beneficiary. I tried 'Private' as the type - then it says the account number is too long. I tried 'Company' as type - searched via YOUR search button - get Standard Bank Card as a search result - click it and then go further to define the beneficiary. I then get a message in bad English -
"Company number only allows less 13 characters string, please shorten. "

Good grief - it is YOUR search result I chose - I did not type it in myself.

I asked the person at the branch to add my credit card to my internet banking profile and they could not. Are you using foreigners or to do your web development?
