Is this a new ruling - that you may not telephonically speak to a Branch Manager or Client Service Manager of ABSA about a problem without first giving ALL the details to the receptionist? What stupid decision is this?

I do not want to share my problem with a receptionist! The audacity astounds me. Don't believe me - phoine Roodepoort branch 011 767 8500 and see for yourself.
