I have been an ABSA customer for more than ten years and have been experiencing poor service every now and then, I think it is time I report this as I cannot take it anymore.

I took time and drove to the Midrand branch (13-09-2013) to apply for a Funeral cover for me and my family only to find that all advisors were out of site and therefore no one could help me including the assistant manager. They asked me to leave my contact details which I did, today is the seventh day and no one has got back to me. How is it possible that such a huge branch doesn't have office based advisors while at the robot outside they have the biggest billboard saying come in and speak to financial advisors.

I realy feel like I am being serviced by STEVE!
