Still no assistance from cellc. hello peter help!

Still no help. Received an email from cellc shortly after posting my initial complaint on this site on 20/05, replied to it providing all my details like it asked. Received an SMS next morning on the 21/05, saying my query has been received, reference no: 3052100280 and an SMS will be sent when my query has been resolved. Today is the 26th, the problem still hasn't been dealt with. I've received no correspondence. These are the other two reference no.s for the queries I've lodged earlier this month, 3050803372 for 8th and 3050902080 for 9th, received SMSes, saying I will receive an SMS once my query has been resolved. But nothing. What do I do now? Can anyone assist me?
