LINKING STILL NOT DONE

My problem still has not been resolved. If these were my employees i would hold their hands until my customers were satisfied. This bank is pathetic. Was at one of their branches, power went out, branch had no back up generator, took computers 1hour to re-boot. This was while waiting for them to link my credit card to my cheque account. After the long wait i was told that it still cant be done. If i was a billionaire perhaps you would help me sooner??? HELP HELP HELP!!! What must i do to get help from this pathetic bank???
