Standard Bank is Pathetic.!!!

I applied for a credit card online and in the store, I am still waiting for a respons from the. Why say "one of you agents will contact you soon" does it seriously take a freaking month. As per specs on the web page for a blue credit card I should qualify,!!! And they can't even let you know, sorry you don't qualify or what ever the case might be, and I have been banking with them for a long time... they are PATHETIC.!!! I'm still waiting for a respons... why have online services if they don't even follow up on applications and so forth... would love to know what their excuses are...!!! Standard Bank Must close their doors and let the big boys like absa and nedbank take over their pathetic excuse of a bank.!! Seriously.!!! Standard bank U .!!!
