FNB - Worst service and system possible

Dear FNB,

I was so excited to join FNB two months ago after hearing all the great experiences that everyone else has had. Therefore my husband and I opened up a cheque account and moved all our banking to you.

Within a month you have (without any notification what so ever) deleted my online access to my husbands home loan which i had had full access to for over two years. We then spent two weeks on the phone with your consultants that had no idea what they were talking about and kept telling us it was a system error and it would correct itself, only to discover that you have the arrogance to change your 'home loan' surety access policy without even informing the home loan owner.

Then a week after that fiasco I tried to open a savings pocket on my FNB Gold account only to get an error message stating i must go to a branch. I then complained online (again!!) to which i have still not received an answer.

Now today once AGAIN your system is down for the third time since I became a customer and I cannot access my account.

I really think perhaps you ppl should stop spending so much money on advertising and try and get some customer service because your bank is a joke.
