No follow thru on price beat refund of R400

I responded to the Outsurance challenge that if they cannot beat your insurance rate they'll pay you R400. They could not match my insurance rate as their quote was higher by about R200 on a motor vehicle.
My mobile number is accordingly on their database. So when I send them "Quote" sms to elicit a response from them they do not respond. I was told, when they confessed that they cannot beat my insurer rate, that someoe would revert back to me to take the 'settlement' forward. To date no one has come back to me.
