Loan application

I have applied for a loan with bayport financial services, submitted all the required documents even got a n sms that the money will be in within 24 hrs that was on the 14/03/2013 when I got the sms, today its the 26/03/13, I have contatcted their offices, spoken to 4 people who told me that the money was transfered into a standard bank, whereas I do not bank with standard bank, my application and bank statements states clearly that I am with capitec, i was promised that I will be contacted by a manager to sort this out even today I am waiting, yesterday I spoke to Trevor monama who said he will follow up, He send me an email requesting a bank statement and cc someone by the name of Uveshan Moodley, I thought atleast someone will help, I haven't heared anything from them, I called them again and spoke to Trevor He said He is going to ask Uveshan He will call me bank its an hour, SUCH A BAD SERVICE, I am so disppointed, I am worried that because they saying the money was paid and I never received it, they will be making demands for me to pay them for the money which I never even received.
