Worst Service I've Ever Received From A Bank

The service I received from Standard Bank totally and that is one bank I or anyone around me will never have anything to do with again. I first went to this bank trying to open an account in december at their Vincent branch. I was told that there's an IT problem that is not allowing them to update my details bacause I used to have a student account and that it would be sorted the next day. Next day went to the branch in Hemingways & still was told the same and told I would be called, no one ever did. I went back to Hemingways again after 2 weeks & to my suprise they still couldn't open an account for me. I then moved to PE & went to Walmer in february & still got the same problem. The lady who was assisting me arranged to have their mobile consultants give me a call which they did and I sent through all the documents. A week later I got an sms saying my card is ready, I went to collect it in Greenacres Mall Branch. The card has never worked one day and evertytime I call or go to a branch no one knew what was wrong with it. I moved my debit orders to this bank and they all bounced because the account was apperantly not even active and wasnt done properly. I ended up closing it
