You are causing damage to my credit record!!

I spent 1h:36m.21 on the phone to Standard Bank this morning to try and resolve this problem.

The worst thing is that after so much time has been spent and it still sit with the very same problem that had prior to making the phone call. Standard Bank needs to correct the error that I paid my February Home loan instalment 30 days later after the due date. This error needs to be corrected with ITC as it is reflecting negatively on my credit record.

With this issue I've spoken to Bongani at (0860102270) who refered my to ITC. ITC informs me that they would require Standard Bank to inform them to correct the error. This morning, I called the number above to inform them of what ITC had said to me. I spoke to a Amon, Amon transfered me to Khumbulani at Home loans, Khumbulani transferred me to Sheldon at Credit Control, Sheldon transferred me to his senior Mark, Mark transferred me back to Home loans to Zandile. Zandile was the worst of the lot.

Can somebody help me with this issue??
