Late notifications

I am not happy at all the way i am getting my notifications, and i think i must switch to another bank

1. Late notifications
2. not in to detail on debit orders

my notification says "(NEDBANK 4 debit transaction/s totalling R5xxx.05 processed on a/c 120xxxx456. 26mar13 05:56

but i dont know who debited my account whereas other banks tell u exactly who debited your account and how much was debited

i want detailed notifications and receive it on time

or else I am going to cancel my account and use other banks who can meet my demands
