Your Reply to my complaint on HelloPeter is that Lancelot is trying to contact me & has sent an sms as he cannot get hold of me? My phone is on 24/7 - and so is my son's - both our contact number clearly listed on all correspondence and yet to receive a call or sms from Outsurance other than the generic "so very sorry" message...

o I HAVE EMAILED,
o I HAVE PHONED,
o EMAILED, EMAILED AND EMAILED AND EMAILED REQUESTS/COMPLAINTS
o MY SON HAS PHONED A NUMBER OF TIMES -
o LEFT MESSAGES
o WROTE A COMPAINT ON HELLOPETER
o AND STILL NOTHING!!!
THE NON EXISTENT SERVICE IS DISGUSTING.
WE DON'T WANT GENERIC APOLOGIES ON HELLO PETER -
? I WANT MY PROPERTY FIXED AND SECURED AGAIN.
THE INCIDENT HAPPENED ON THE 15TH MARCH 2013 & UP UNTIL NOW - I HAVE NOT SEEN, OR HEARD BY ANY MEANS OF COMMUNICATION FM AN ACCESSOR/SUPPLIER TO FIX THE PROBLEM - ALL I HAVE HAD IS A SILLY PHONE MESSAGE APOLIGISING THAT NO-ONE HAS BEEN IN CONTACT!!!
MY NEXT STEP IS THE OMBUDSMAN.
