I am a very dissatisfied customer. I phoned in last week Monday. Spoke to Muzi (at 10:09) to register a claim for hail damage to my vehicle for the storm on the Westrand on 28 November. He gave me a reference number which he said to me is a claim number. He then said that someone would contact me about the damages. I had a phone call the evening from a lady saying that I had left a message for Oursurance to contact me to register a claim which I certainly did not do. I did indicate to her that according to my earlier call, the claim has been registered and that someone was going to contact me regarding the damages. She ended the call and that was the end of it. I was given a reference number my Muzi: 24315590. I find out today that that was just a message number. He certainly did not inform me that it was only a reference number to get someone to contact me to register a claim.. How was I supposed to smell that he only took a message? I spoke to Lungile this morning to follow up on the matter and this is when I was told it was just a message number. Now she wants me to repeat myself? Surely it is noted on the reference number I was given? Here I sit and wait for nothing!
