Non payment of claim

The issue that I have is that I had two separate incidents that occurred 3 weeks apart. I stated this when the claim was logged yet they were both logged under the same claim nr. I was subsequently notified that there is a limit of R2000 per claim, this I do not dispute. What I do have a problem with is why then were these logged under one claim. One occurred at my house and the other in a parking lot 3 weeks before as stated above.

They have been happy to take my money and I was promised the world when taking this option extra when purchasing my Amarok at Mc Carthy.

This is really bad service, especially taking in consideration the the quote for both repiars came to R3465.14
