They are playing games when they have to pay

I took an insorance with Small Motor Accident Repair Technology (Pty) Ltd through Wesbank and I had a small dent then took the car for a quote but the claim was rejected becouse the panelbeater scrached a R180 off the quote that I offered to pay myself as it would have exceeded my limit. The reason being the policy does not allow that, keep in mind that the deal was done telephonicaly and I never received any documentation from the Company and the consultant keeps on saying she is not the one sending the documents
