System Error - 10 days??

Good day,

Last week Wednesday 20th March 2013, i went to go draw money from the Standard Bank ATM machine, to discover that R 1500-00 was missing from my account.

I logged into my Internet banking, thinking it might be a mistake to which i saw on the Internet banking it was not.someone had drawn money from my acc on the 16th March. i immediately called the call centre, and spoke to a lady names Sandra whom assisted me.she advised to make things go quicker i should either go to the nearest SB, or i must call the department. i opted to go instore as call centres generally are terrible. i spoke to the receptionist who advised me i have to call the department. i literally sat on the SB telephone for 1 hour waiting for the department to answer.

i spoke to a man named Kyle, who advised it would take 3 working days to investigate. on sat 23rd March 2013, i had received a VM stating it will take 10 WORKING Days to investigate? like come on Standard, not cool!! its month end? when i had received my statement via email on the 17th March, nothing was missing? but all of a sudden its? it seems like a system fault to me! please advise on this, as i really can not wait!
