Double Debited and given bad attitude!!!

ZANELE NYATHELA... You should not be in customer services as you do not have the faintest understanding of the meaning of it!!! you are rude and have a filthy attitude.

Your 10 minutes are long up even and i am still waiting for a call back from you... Not that i expected to get one... your attitude clearly showed me that you were merely trying to get rid of me...!!!

I will be going to the newspapers and the Ombudsman and i will not take this lying down. a double debit of R750 and R400 might not seem like much to you, but is sure as is a lot to a single parent who has 3 kids that need to be fed...!!!

Thank you for your stinking attitude and lack of assistance, but this is NOT the last that you hear from me!!! I PROMISE YOU THAT!!!
