Stalling my application for income protection

Good day, I submitted a standard application for income protection through my broker, Lauren Meeser (Authorised FSP No: 43961) in a month ago, and the services from Old Mutual Underwriting department is really very pathetic, as they have NO BRAINS to simply conclude that my specialist surgeon has the only one and single report and no other reports relating to my medical condition. Why must you think that he might have more than the single report? If you don't believe, get into a car and see that surgeon and then you wll believe! The type of service from Old Mutual claims, "No excuses to pay out", but they have excuses to not finalise my application. Sorry folks, the blame is onto the Old Mutual underwriting's slackness. I am NOT prepared to wait without the cover, or else I report you to Ombudsman with the particulars. You can confirm with my broker. Don't bother about increasing your excuses for stalling my application.
