I applied online for a Hospital Cash Plan on Sunday, 23 June 2013 and was informed that an email confirmation would be sent after the application was processed. I have received nothing to date and requested PFA Mellanie Underwood to follow up who now receives my emails but does not reply. This happened to me before when I enquired with another PFA, Howard Bird. The professionalism at Old Mutual is lacking and can greatly be improved. I understand that I am not a big client and if my business is not good enough for Old Mutual they should be bold and just say so which will save me much time. I requested a call back regarding their Income Protection Plan and a lady by the name of Ayesha called and ended the call abruptly and I never heard from her again. I would like to buy two policies from Old Mutual and it seems they are not interested. Come on Old Mutual - you have been around long enough to avoid this sort of treatment to a potential client.
