Unacceptable service, unhelpful and unprofessional

I was hijacked on the 12th of March, Outsurance paid there portion on the 20th of March, the call centre agent I spoke to Armand said that if outsurance pays by the 20th then MFC would be able to stop the debit order on my account and work out a new rate for me to pay off the short fall of R15 000 odd.
I called Armand on Wednesday the 20th (no answer) I called him a few time on Friday the 22nd (no answer), I tried again today on the 25th (no answer) I then called the call centre and explained my situation and what had happened.
First of all I got yelled at and attitude from the call centre agent, I then sent her the proof I received from Outsurance that they paid their portion.
she then emailed me further to let me know that they can't stop the debit order that will be going off my account until the full settlement amount has been paid.
If the full settlement amount has been paid then I would obviously no longer require for the outstanding short fall amount to be recalculated so I can pay it off.
I am extremely unhappy with the manner in which I am being treated by your service consultants as well as the fact that I am not being helped

I need to know what's going on!!!
