I got a call from Mbali Maseko to discuss my financials for the loan and to inform me about the debit order been on the 1st of October and I advised her to change it to the 20th of September. On the 20th of September no debit order come off.
I then called the call centre and spoke to Bheki who said my account is in arrears because MFC system did not submit the debit order. I requested to speak to a team leader and I spoke to Sally Mcube who was very rude and told me that she will send someone to come collect the car.
I am a very unhappy client, this is my second car finances by MFC and I never had any problems and was never in arrears with my account.
