I've settled my account on the 05th October and sent the proof of payment and requested a paid-up letter from Wonga via email, which they said I must contact them to solve this issue. I emailed them now several times with the same request and are receiving the same email back from them. I think that is ridiculous, as I've settled my account and only need confirmation from them with a paid-up letter!!
