Khosi Nhlapo & Bonga Ntuli are terrible employees

I took out a loan with Nedbank in February 2013. I clearly advised the consultant that my salary is paid on the 26th monthly. For some reason the agent just captured the 25th as my debit date. How on earth would i be able to pay the debit order the day before my pay day. I have heard it with the poor service i am geting with the Nedbank staff. I have an investment account, a loan and a credit card with this bank and i feel stupid for having signed up for so much with them. I am so livid at the type of service i get from these people. So i went into the branch today after receiving an sms saying my account will be debitted on the 25th March to go complain about this. The loans consultant just dials the loans call centre when i speak to Bonga Ntuli the most incompetent person ive ever spoken to. I asked him for his supervisor whiose name is Khosi Nhlapo from 10:30 up to now i am still waiting for her to call me. What kind of a supervisor is she that runs away from taking escalations. I am leaving this bank i cant take this anymore. I have had such terrible incidents from the time i got the account and i was hoping it would change with time but i guess not. FNB here i come!!!
