RUNNING DEBIT ORDER BEFORE AGREED DATE

It has become a norm for Financial sectors in our country to be law unto themselves, this morning when I woke up was suprised by the sudden debit order before my pay date (25th), upon calling CS personal loans dept, I am told some disrepectful excuses of their system having processed it early but this has been a pain for me ever since I had this account with this bank. I have banked with bank for the passed 19 years and it has been nothing but a pain and cannot take it anymore, thank there are more competitions and will definately do like wise. Maybe I might be just a number to them since well they treat me as a number not as a client, too much money generated from us the poor has started to blind FNB, maybe I should join ANC in lashing and moving our businesses elsewhere. I am sitting in a store as I am writting this complaint, wondering if this is worth relationship I should keep, my right as a consumer is infringed by this UNSCRUPULOUS bank!!!
