INCOMPETENT CALL CENTRE AGENTS

I am very very very annoyed with your Blue Bean division at the moment.

I had a call from your consultant a week ago wanting to offer me a Blue Bean card - she couldn't speak proper English and hence took down all details I had to SPELL out for her wrong.

Then another one phones this week wanting to check the details, again can't speak proper English and AGAIN have to spell out everything and then they want to update ALL the details as everything was taken down incorrectly.

If I say I am busy, they say it won't take long, but if I have to spell out 3 addresses and my names etc it's a long telephone conversation!!! And they just keep phoning back!!!

So now I am telliing you for the last time, as a Standard Bank division which I've been banking with for the past 13 years, you should ALREADY have all my details on the system. If you don't, CANCEL THE CARD THEN as I'm not spending another second with people on the phone I don't understand and who clearly can't spell or speak English properly
