Prestige Banking, really?

Standard Bank wants professionals, people with hard earned degrees to bank with them to use them to further their lives.
They give out packages like Prestige Banking... what good is that when for months you have battle to get the account sorted get your cards so that you can actually do banking, I have a simple savings account that had less problems in sorting out that this so called Prestige Banking account. Almost every Saturday is being spent in the branch trying to sort this out, all the consultant we have seen keeps promising it will be done, when you phone to get feedback you hear that NOTHING has been done so far. if this is that way banks are treating people then it might just as well be safe to take your money and shove it into a safe at home instead, all they want it take take take, remember banks YOU need the public to bank with you I have a choice to go somewhere else, who knows you might just be messing with the next Bill gates and loose all that wonderful business you could have gotten.
