My refund not yet paid

Laid a complain last week and i was promised that my money will be refunded on to my account by last Monday. Till today the amount is not there and i must waste my airtime to call them back where as i gave them two numbers to contact them. I'm really disappointed and the way i've been treated i dnt think i'll be able to refer anyone to the branch for consultation. use 0113593013
