How can a bank not let me know

I went to fnb last week monday, after i had heard the EFT made to a company Easy Digatal Center was a spam. Paid R4900.00 for a camera and urgently needed to stop yhe payment to go to ABSA.. i went to the sandton City branch and they wernt very helpfull... made me fill in a reversal form... Till today i havnt heard anything. i then disided to try the bryanston branch spoke to Yolanda (Very helpfull) contacted Annelie from the GFS department to see if i can get my money back till today i havnt heard a word. i urgently need to get that money back i have a case nr and the SAPS gave a letter to the ABSA Branch... please help have been saving since JAn for this cant loose my money!
