Inability to refund money from a bank error!

An attempt was made to draw money from an ATM next to the Cresta branch, there was error.

The money was subtracted from the account. There was no assistance inside the branch saying that a 15 day waiting period is needed! For an error that is purely electronic, the bank has taken away my hard earned money and I have to wait for them to get their ducks in a row to refund it!

That is simply unacceptable, that is my money!!! And these kind of matters should be expedited, all complaints call centre says the same thing, your agents are powerless. So the bank can take away a customer's money and they can just starve and it's simply fine!!!

That is totally unacceptable! It's no small amount it is R 1250 - that is half my salary...

I am already living on bare minimum, but to be treated as just a number without anyone caring is simply appalling!!!

I don't care about your policies and procedure's, that is my money and I want it refunded today... it's been 8 working days and I have been patient enough!

This bank should give me back extra for all my airtime, time and effort!
