Deduction of R2, 075 was not transfered back into my FNB account

Refund my account immediately. My name is Cupido Philander client of FNB. I am been to by the staff of Robertson FNB. Because of them I am on the street and so is my child of 7 years. On Monday I went to cancel a stop order from Fin bond for the amount of R2, 075-00. The lady coloured promised me that I don't have to panic they will put the funds back in my account the moment they deduct it. She told me to come back, and on the 29th the amount as mentioned the money was deducted from my account, and again another lady of colour promised me, that No problem she will put my money back, and she told me the money will reflect back on my account this morning the 30th Of October 2013. Well at 18:00 no money in my account, so I've contact the call centre and I was informed that the consultants did nothing, and they even told me that the 2 ladies was supposed to immediately refunded me immediately by putting my funds back that was taken or deducted back into my account. Put my funds back, as FNB Robertson, Western Cape fail to do so, as they promised. This is my Rv13103063995
