Excellent premiums and handled claim well

I work in the insurance industry so I have a pretty good understanding of typical service levels and FNB have been excellent throughout. The premium I get through them was about two thirds what I was getting through AA and now I also have car hire and excess waiver included.

Recently I had to claim because the driver from road trip (a chauffeur service) scraped the side of my car trying to park on new years eve. The entire claim process with FNB went smoothly and I got to take advantage of the car hire which I was very grateful for as it took Renew-it 3 weeks to do the repairs. I also didn't pay any excess. I've also taken advantage of the roadside assist because I left the lights on one day and needed to get a jump start.

What more do you want from an insurance policy? I've received a great premium, excellent claims service and useful value added services. Very impressed.
