I had a burst pipe at my property this past Sunday which i intern fixed and payed for and wanted to claim some of the money back from my insurer. I called into the first for women call centre and was refered to the buildings consultant who was not available at the time. I was told he would call me back at 2:30pm. Before 2:30 I got a call from Daron Theunis who was very friendly and very efficient. He had my claim settled within 24 Hours. When calling me back to let me know he even advised me with the procedure i need to follow should anything like that happen again. So even though i did not follow the right process he still managed to help me and also advised as to what i need to do should this happen again.
