Unable to assist due to old proof of address

I am highly dissapointed in the service at this branch as they would not help me because my proof of address was older than 3 months

I do not have any accounts, besides the one I brought with me which has been paid up a while ago.

I now have to get a affidavit filled in for them to assist me any further.

Really dissapointed in them.
