Disgusting Service

I have never dealt with such nonchalant, careless people in my life. Boodle staff does not get back to there clients, they have huge attitudes when you call there call centre. It's quite disgusting.

I emailed info with a query a week ago, I called a day ago, they promised to get back to me and have not.

This people clearly do not have any customer service skills, it's pathetic.
