Great service!

I am surprised to see all the negative feedback on Boodle, i actually had a very positive experience.
My boodle repayment was due on the 22/10/13 however i was unable to honour this as i received a promotion as of the 1/10/13 and my full salary was not paid in on the 22th but only half of my salary, i called Boodle and emailed them to explain this situation and made an arrangement for a debit for the full amount to go off my account tomorrow the 24th when the balance of my salary will be paid in.
Precious from Collections was super friendly and so efficient.
She assured me that my boodle ranking will not be affected and the debit order will be placed for tomorrow.
she also assured me that the payment will be reflected in 1 days time on my account.
wonderful service, i shall wait to see tomorrow that Boodle does in deed keep to their promises!
