Bad communication and unprofessional!

I applied for debt review a few months back, cancelled it after the first payment went through, and then the monies werent distributed to my creditors and now the debt managing company handed me over, without informing me that there is a "cancellation" fee involved, this almost two months later!!!

Very bad service, poor communication and extremely unprofessional. Stay away from their services!!!
