Cancellation of debt review not done by the compan

I called siyaya debt solutions to cancel the debt review they had structured as I was paying my bills on my own despite their notion to assist..I always had to go to banks and do reversals when my creditors were supposedly supposed to be sent letters by the company mentioned. I sent an e-mail to cancel their services however they did that only in writting and not on the credit database (it still says I'm under debt review)..this is especially frustrating considering the fact that they didn't assist me in anyway beneficial to me. I have spoken to a lot of the so called managers and the problem has still not been solved..This exercise is very costly in call units as they make you hold on and when someone picks up he/she will say they need to transfer the call as their department doesn't deal with my issue (Database debt review cancellation).
