I have accepted the debt review arrangement that Siyaya offered to me and paid my 2 installments of R6000 each in July and August. My car was repossessed and they had assured me no such thing would happen. From September up until the first week in December I have been calling and emailing them to give me an updated payment review since my car is now off the list which was to no avail. I was only informed the beginning of December that the lady handling my account had resigned and did not do her job properly. I sent them an email stating how unprofessional they behaved and requested my refund because it was no fault of mine. Yesterday I receive feedback that I can obnly be refunded R3600 from the R12000 I paid. The 2 initial payments are for them and as from the 3rd payment will your creditors be paid and to me it seems that they are just interested in the money that they must get instead of assisting us with our debt. Apparently they have sent emails to my creditors which from my creditors point of view never happened and they were totally unaware that I was under debt review. Can R8400 be for the so called emails and documentation or have I just paid 1 person's salary?
