No Follow Up On Clients Claims

My Car Caught Fire 25/12/2012 and I reported to my insurer which is A.A, I constantly had to call them every second day to do their job, their call center agents made promises to call me back but never do, due to this it took them 4 months to finally fix my car. First week of February I reported a windscreen damage and the claim was approved but I only found out a month later that the claim was already authorised but no one got back to me about it I had to constantly call in and ask for feed back. I pay my insurance on time and had never skipped any payments. I finally decided to cancel my insurance with them and they seem to be happy I did cause no one even cared to call me and ask if there's anything the can do to keep me or something from senior management.

There's a lot of people who defaulting on their insurance payment and affects their business but they don't even care to keep the ones that keep their jobs running.

Accidents are just that, they are not intentional unless proven so, so you must not think by us claiming from you we are just doing it for fun and label us high risk, cause I've never been in an crash accident ever in my insurance time.
