On 11 March 2013 I requested a statement form this supplier as I have not received ANY statements from them since doing business with them (31 August 2012). I followed up with a reminder e-mail on the following dates 12/13/14/17 March 2013 and to date no response have been received by them.
My e-mail was read on 13 March 2013 by Mike Rudinsky but nothing has come of it. I find it disgusting, disrespectful and absolutely unprofessional in all business sense of the word. Whoever deals with this has absolutely no pride in their work and should not be in the workforce at all. I will most definitely not recommend this vendor going forward.
