Integer changed debit order date

I have a homeloan with Integer and the repayment is made on the last day of each month. However, without notice, they changed the December debit order date to 20 Dec. no warning was given. As a result the debit order bounced as I had not yet done my December banking and I have incurred a R65.00 banking penalty. This is poor customer service on their behalf.
